With no amp-glow, an ultra-low readout noise as low as 1.1e, and 3.76μm square pixels, it ensures exceptional image quality. Additionally ,the camera have an excellent TEC cooling system maintains precise temperature control within a deviation of 0.1℃, while the dew prevention heater (window heating) further enhances performance. It is a camera specially created for beginners of deep-sky photography!

Please remember: all ToupTek Astro DSO cooled cameras can only be powered by 12V3A DC power supply. We recommend using the power adapter that comes with the camera or a lithium-ion battery with stable output of 11-14V. Please do not use power supplies that have falsely stated specifications or unstable outputs to power the camera, as this may affect image capture or even damage the camera.

Two stage TEC cooling system

ATR533C is designed with an integrated heat dissipation structure and an efficient cooling module. The cooling system of ATR533C features a two-stage Thermoelectric Cooling (TEC) with controllable electric fan assisting in heat dissipation. This allows the image sensor to operate at temperatures up to 42 degrees Celsius lower than the ambient temperature. The exposure time can be set for up to 1 hour, ensuring that every minute detail is captured. Even in summer, it can still run stably all night with cooling temperatures ranging from of -5°C to -10°C.

Incredible performance, good package, great price

The camera arrived in less than a week and I was able to track the progress of delivery with updates once or twice a day. All very reassuring to me and gave me confidence. The box arrived well packages the camera and accessories were well protected.
The clouds have not been kind but I managed first light with the ATR533C. I chose to image M27 as warm up target. The resulting image with only 45 minutes (9 x300s) of subs using my 70mm @F4.8 were fantastic. I am very much looking forward to taking longer/deeper pictures with it. I normally image with a mono camera so the ease of use and setup of this camera was refreshing. I wrote a longer unboxing review at pharscape.org. Touptek will be my first choice for a future purchases.
