All DSO Cooled Cameras need to be connected to an external 11-14v power supply to image.

ATR2600M is a professional astronomy camera that combines high precision, high sensitivity, and high stability, bringing users an unprecedented experience in deep-sky photo shooting. ATR2600M features a Sony back-illuminated IMX571 sensor, high gain mode and low noise mode with a readout noise as low as 0.883e-. Native 16bit ADC offers an ultra-high 14 stops of dynamic range, zero amp-glow, and an extra high full well mode! The full well capacity can reach 51 ke- in normal mode, and up to 100 ke- in high full well mode. Its extraordinary performance and extensive usage will give astrophiles a great astrophotography experience.

ATR2600M

Please remember: all ToupTek Astro DSO cooled cameras can only be powered by 12V3A DC power supply. We recommend using the power adapter that comes with the camera or a lithium-ion battery with stable output of 11-14V. Please do not use power supplies that have falsely stated specifications or unstable outputs to power the camera, as this may affect image capture or even damage the camera.

ATR2600M

Two stage TEC cooling system

ATR2600M is designed with an integrated heat dissipation structure and an efficient cooling module. The cooling system of ATR2600M features a two-stage Thermoelectric Cooling (TEC) with controllable electric fan assisting in heat dissipation. This allows the image sensor to operate at temperatures up to 42 degrees Celsius lower than the ambient temperature. The exposure time can be set for up to 1 hour, ensuring that every minute detail is captured. Even in summer, it can still run stably all night with cooling temperatures ranging from of -5°C to -10°C.

ATR2600M

Native 16bit ADC

ATR2600M is a high-dynamic range astro-camera. Its native 16bit ADC achieves a true dynamic range output of 14 stops, which ensures the delicacy and accuracy of the image, and the color transition is smoother and more natural.

Zero Amp-Glow

ATR2600M has been carefully designed and is able to achieve zero amp-glow photo shooting. This not only greatly reduces the generation of internal glow, but also effectively suppresses the interference of external light. It also enhances the stability and durability of the camera, which means you'll be able to capture sharper, cleaner images in both long and high exposure modes.

ATR2600M

Anti-dew technology

ATR2600M adopts the new anti-dew technology , which can effectively solve the condensation problem through heating.

This heating function consumes about 5 watts, which can be turned off via software to save power.

Additionally, The dew heater at the protection window has 4 adjustable levels, allowing users to find the heating power that best suits their needs.

A new camera under a Bortle class 2 sky

Delivered as promised I opened the boxes and started to prepare for my trip to La Palma. I took a risk taking a new camera and filter wheel with me on this trip not knowing if all would work as required. Let me tell you both camera and filter wheel worked flawlessly. The pictures taken under a Bortle class 2 sky will blow you away.

First light with Touptek camera and EFW very successful.

Both the camera as the EFW worked very well from the start of unpacking and by mounting on my 12m refractor. I mounted the camera with four screws on the EFW which is great. I used the M54M-M42F extender to mount the system on my telescope. A little bit more length than 16.5 mm would have been convenient as I needed to meet the back focus specification for the Takahashi flatter. One improvement I would suggest is to use more robust connectors. As a fix, I am making a flange with long screws in the camera to attach the cables more rigidly, If you need more information with a drawing let me know. Good luck Touptek with more great developments for astronomy amateurs! Best Regards, Mario Pinto
